Today through a post on Steelroots (a great multimedia minstry; go check them out), I discovered Adam Cappa. This artist hails from Richmond, Indiana. Adam has a desire not to just perform but to worship God and to give Him glory. He currently is on tour with Jeremy Camp.
His drummer Alex took a spill on the slopes and is currently in the hospital in Reed City, MI. Please pray for a quick recovery.

I took a listen to the six tracks currently listed on MySpace and just feel like I spent the last hour in worship :)
"Saved by the Blood," is a reminder that we are all sinners in need of a savior. At one time we stood at the door, deciding whether to knock -- to let Jesus dwell in our hearts. And when we do, we are called to lift our voices and proclaim His name.
"More Like You" is a simple ballad and yet a very powerful prayer to let all that we do shine for Jesus with boldness. We are created to be in His image.
"Love is the Movement" is a call to unity and a reminder that we need to show each other love and grace in spite of our shortcomings or circumstances. My favorite line in this song is: Imagine a place where you feel safe...where there's no hate...and peace has a face.
When I listened to "Where Ever I Go," it encouraged me to remember that God is always with me and guides me. He gives us strength and protection when we need it. The ending of this song is a great praise: I know you’re near to me, oh God. I know you’re near to me, be near.
No matter how far we stray away or how be we think we may have sinned, God "Always" welcomes us back with open arms. He is love and grace.
My favorite is "Let it All Go." This beautiful ballad reminds me that when I've had a bad day, I need to turn to Jesus and let go of my pain and frustration. His grace is sufficient in my weakness and he wants to cleanse me. I don't need to dwell on my past; I just need to rest in my Savior. He gave His life for me and I want my life to reflect His character.
Blessings,
Kathy
